Reservations Terms & Conditions

Trips booked with Cabrio are subject to the following terms, which supplement other terms you have agreed to with Cabrio. Reservations must be made within the “Minimum Lead Time” for the applicable trip type, as listed below.

Reservations made in advance may be subjected to a cancelation fee. Refer to the list below for more information on the cancellation charges which apply to your reservation.

Once your driver arrives at your requested pickup location, you or your guest rider should meet the driver to begin the trip within the “waiting time” period specified below. Otherwise, the trip may be canceled and you’ll be charged with the applicable cancellation fee listed below.

However, if your driver is expected to be significantly late, we’ll let you know in advance, and you’ll have 10 minutes from that notice to cancel at no charge.

Lead Time:

Reserved at least 120 minutes in advance.
Reserved at least 24 hours in advance. (City-To-City service)

Cancellation Fees:

More than 60 minutes before ride start time: Free

60 minutes or less before ride start time: 50% of the total ride amount.

At ride start time or after: 100% of the total ride amount

Waiting Time:

A standard waiting time of 15 minutes is included in the booking. After the initial 15 minutes, any additional waiting time will be deducted from the total booked service.

Additional Hours Fees:

The booking includes transportation for a specific time. Additional hours traveled beyond the specified time, will be subject to additional charges based on our standard rates.

Elite Class: SAR 650
First Class: SAR 500
Business Class: SAR 230
SUV Class: SAR 250
Comfort Class: SAR 150
Minivan Class: SAR 500

No-Show:

If the client does not appear at the designated pickup location after 10 minutes pass from the end of the free waiting time and there is no response from the client side, it will be considered a cancelled booking. Cancellation Fee will apply as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
